What customers say
Customers praise the quality of the work; a subcontractor who has collaborated with the team for several years also highlights its professional project execution, organization and communication. One customer says a basement renovation stayed within budget and schedule, while a cottage owner credits JF with helping prepare the property for remote renovation work. A reviewer criticized the company over a Limoilou project, saying it was rushing to remove its poster after what the reviewer called a fiasco.

Martine Crispo
He's the best contractor! I hired him for my entire house and my deck, and I never had a single problem. He answers all our questions, provides unparalleled service, is fast, and does exceptional quality work. He coordinates all the suppliers brilliantly. His team is the same: dedicated, expert, and personable! Thank you, Fortier Constructions!

The Fortier Constructions team performed a truly remarkable, even miraculous, renovation on my cottage. The renovation was carried out with meticulous attention to detail. From the choice of materials to the team itself, I always felt they were working for me. JF personally helped me prepare the cottage so I didn't have to worry about a thing. The renovation was done remotely, and I would work with them again without hesitation and with complete confidence. Everyone who visits or uses the cottage agrees. No detail was overlooked; everything is perfect! Thank you!! I highly recommend them!
Ben Lachance
A company rushing to remove its poster after a fiasco in Limoilou. I gave it one star because I can't give it zero.
