Excellent service from Mario right from the start! The team at head office was also very accommodating regarding the design appointment and pre-meeting, ensuring everything was completed before our city council meeting for building permit approval. Without them, we would have had to postpone our entire project by a month. We also received excellent after-sales service. All requested modifications were completed within a reasonable timeframe. We are very happy with our ProFab home!
The service was excellent during our first visit, and the seller's service was also excellent. He really took the time to explain everything to us. Once we bought the house, we were very well taken care of. Everything went very well with the choice of materials, and they were very accommodating regarding the 48-hour deadline for our exterior siding (we were having problems with the city). We got our house a month early without any problems. The guys on site work very well and efficiently. The house is truly beautiful!I absolutely recommend it!!
The only issue I have is the Quebec regulation of French. That being said it’s tough to find information but I’m considering this product if I can find information I can understand and compare
