We purchased a spec/parade home from Legacy Custom Homes at the end of 2024, and our experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Even though it was a spec home, the team was flexible, collaborative, and truly willing to listen. Every person we worked with during the buying process was professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with, and the quality of our home is top notch. Our agent has walked through thousands of homes and was immediately blown away by the craftsmanship. When we had a water issue as a result of another company's equipment leaking, Legacy was on the phone and in person with us to help us resolve ASAP; even though they were not responsible, they wanted to make sure our new home was protected. Legacy Custom Home Builders are truly one of a kind. This was my first experience having a custom home built. It would have been overwhelming had it not been for the patience, guidance and care that I received from the entire staff, especially my project manager, Zachary and my interior designer, Leigh. My experience was exceptional and stress free. There wasn't any doubt in my mind that the home that I envisioned would be created by Legacy. I want to thank the entire staff for their diligence, care, and professionalism in handling every phase of the construction of my custom home. My dream home is stunning, and I am eternally grateful to everyone that played a part in it's creation.
