Midtown Custom Homes LLC

Midtown builds high quality homes! We purchased one of their spec homes this year, and got it early enough to be able to customize some things to our taste. Laura, Morgan, and the team really helped us make the place our own. We are new to Raleigh, and were a bit concerned about what might be "left out" of a spec home, but Midtown truly thought of everything. Quality construction and finishes throughout!

We had an outstanding experience working with Midtown Custom Homes for our dream home! From the moment we started the project until the day we moved in, they demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and expertise. Their responsiveness was truly impressive. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and thoroughly, putting our minds at ease throughout the entire process. Communication is key in such significant projects, and Midtown Custom Homes excelled in keeping us informed and involved. Another aspect that truly sets them apart is their commitment to staying on schedule. Despite the complexities of building a custom home, they managed the project with remarkable efficiency. Deadlines were met, and milestones were achieved without compromising the quality of work. It was a testament to their careful planning and attention to detail by Travis. Choosing Midtown Custom Homes was the best decision we made for our home. Their unwavering commitment to excellence, responsiveness, and adherence to the schedule has made our home-building journey not only smooth but also incredibly rewarding. We highly recommend Midtown to anyone looking for a custom home builder who delivers on their promises and creates homes of exceptional quality. Thank you, Travis and Laura for turning our dream home into a reality.

2 years into our Custom Build with Midtown Custom Homes and we could not be happier. Laura and Travis were a pleasure from the beginning and worked closely with us from the planning phase all the way through final touches. The personal touch is not easy to come by and makes a difference throughout the build process. They are very flexible and thoughtful throughout and it helps as a custom build takes so many decisions (and pivots). Attention to detail on each piece of the house is purposeful from selections to trim work and even landscaping. Most important Midtown doesn't cut corners and they do things for the long-term benefit of the house that as customers building their first home, we would have never known. If there is another Custom Build in our future, we will only need to make one call.

I absolutely loved working with Midtown Custom Homes. From start to finish, not one detail was overlooked. I love how Travis and Laura bring different things to the table. Laura thinks of everything and Travis makes sure it all gets done. It was such a great experience and I wouldn't work with anyone else. Thank you for my fabulous house Laura & Travis!

Travis and Laura are amazing! The Midtown team goes above and beyond to make sure no detail is overlooked. Their quality is top notch and they don’t cut corners in the construction of their homes. Midtown Custom Homes is a builder you can trust, through closing and beyond.
