My wife and I purchased a home with the intention of completely gutting the interior and rebuilding it into our empty nester residence. After outreach and research with different General Contractors I selected Ryan Built Construction based upon their reputation and referrals. Once I started working with Ryan Hardy I found him to be an excellent communicator, always returning my calls or responding to my email messages. Ryan took the lead in assisting with the construction plan process, as well as getting the drawings through the building permit review process. When it came time for estimating Ryan provided multiple subcontractor estimates and made sage recommendations regarding subcontractors and vendors. He assembled a highly competent team of tradesman that completed our remodel with craftsmanship and quality. Ryan was fair to deal with and always transparent on the financial side of the project. His administrative team provided timely information and was knowledgeable of the insurance and lien release process associated with construction projects. Our project started in March of 2025. Final inspections were signed off in September of 2025. Ryan kept the project on the schedule he laid our during the early phase of demolition. Overall I would highly recommend that you consider and interview Ryan Build Construction.

We've had great experiences working with Ryan, Corinne and the entire team at Ryan Built over the last year. We completed an extensive kitchen remodel in 2025 and then just finished another project with them updating other areas of our home. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of both projects. Their team is professional , responsive and deliver a great finished product.
