From start to finish, the team was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. I want to specifically shout out Chris Chumley. He took the time to understand exactly what my family and I wanted, guided us through every step with patience and expertise, and delivered results that truly exceeded our expectations.

Our representative, Devin Jones, has been an integral factor in the entire journey. Her kindness, patience and prompt persona made this a worthwhile venture. Kudos to her; she is right where she belongs.

We recently partnered with Lifestyle Home Builders to bring our home to life, and the experience has been outstanding so far. We have had the best experience with Lifestyle Home Builders! From our initial meeting with Chris Chumley to Sara & Lori at the Design Studio, & now to Tara during the building phase, it has been wonderful throughout. This is our first time building a home and everyone has been patient, knowledgable and super helpful with answering all our questions and concerns. They truly make us feel heard. We have a budget, an idea of what we want and some overall goals which they are helping us to achieve. So glad we chose Lifestyle!!

We started the process of designing our new home with Lifestyle builders working with Chris C. And Jessica at the sales center who were great in helping us get the lot and home style that we wanted. We made several changes and adjustments to our contract which Chris took in stride and helped us achieve the design plan that best worked for us.
We then worked with Paige and Lori at the design center, they were wonderful and helped us pick some beautiful details and even came out to the stone whse with all of our cabinet and flooring selections so we could get the best match for color and style.
Chris H. Ensured that our home was built with care and attention to detail and when a sub contractor didn’t do something correctly it was addressed and fixed right away. We were long distance and he was great at communicating with us weekly and meeting with our realtor to show us what was going on when we couldn’t be here.
The warranty manager Patrick has been such a great guy to work with in taking care of a few warranty needs and has been quick to send out the subs or service teams to fix any issues that we have experienced.

We have been in our home for 8 months now and are very pleased with our choice of a Lifestyle home, and after seeing some of the neighborhood homes and learning of issues and how things were dealt with by some of the other builders we are so happy we decided to go with Lifestyle builders!

Any builder you go with will always have issues with either getting some materials or dealing with sub contractors but it’s how they ultimately end up handling the problems that really makes a difference.
