Brian Perkinson and his amazing team worked with our family to design and build our beautiful lake home! They are a top-notch company with excellence built into every aspect of the project, from beginning to the end. As this was our first time new home construction, we were pleased that everything was done according to the expectations we had been given. Communication about our project was ongoing and regular. Unlike big-volume builders, you can pick up the phone and reach any member of the Perkinson team! Perkinson homes uses the finest quality materials inside and out, expert project management, skilled real estate specialist, and even included fabulous design consultation throughout our project! It is easy to say that you love your builder when you first move into your gorgeous, custom home (which we do). What's far more noteworthy is when you still love your builder 3 years later. We had the best experience with Perkinson Homes, and have continued to be impressed with the workmanship with which our house was constructed. My husband and I frequently discuss what our "next house" will look like, and you can bet that Perkinson homes will build that house too!

Perkinson built our home in 2014. We still love it today. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home. In our case they helped us with a custom design and finished on time. We went over budget by choice to add some things we wanted to, and it came out better than we hoped. The support from their staff was awesome, from their realtors, to superintendents, to the owners. You would be making a mistake not to consider them first.

We wanted a different look to our home, and they executed all of our custom design requests flawlessly. We worked with their design team for all of our selections and they actually kept us on our budget, while ensuring the design aesthetics stayed cohesive with the style of the home, and found great selections based off of our personal style and tastes. Our project manager Benny was amazing and stayed in communication with us every step of the way. Perkinson also held to our closing date that was set early in the project, even though we experienced terrible rain and snow during the build. When you build with Perkinson, it’s like you are working with family and they really make sure you feel taken care of every step of the way. We could not be happier with our new home and cannot thank the entire team at Perkinson enough for making building a custom home no longer feel daunting or intimidating. Their level of professionalism, customer service, design excellence, and attention to detail make them one of the best builders.
