After taking our time meeting with several builders we are beyond happy with our final decision to go with Andy. He truly lived up to his reputation. From just our first meeting we could already tell he was our guy. They made the building process incredibly smooth and painless as they have a very organized plan of attack. The estimated time frame he gave us to build our home was extremely reasonable and he came through for us. Even ran a day or two ahead most of the time. We were given a detailed construction schedule from beginning to end that we could follow along with and know when things were happening. He was great at answering my questions and putting me at ease. He has a great group of subs that do quality work. All of the people we had interactions with were very kind and professional. Jenni and Brent were also excellent at helping answer any questions and keeping things going smoothly. We would pick him over and over again. Such an efficient crew! Thank you so much for bringing the home of our dreams to life and making the process so seamless! We are forever grateful.
We built a home with Med City Builders in 2024. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Andy and team were professional, prompt, up front, and did quality work start to finish. All of the sub-contractors worked together like a well oiled machine, keeping us on schedule and even allowing us to move in a week early! Andy was always on-time with our project and if any issues developed he was immediately here to discuss options and resolve the issue to our satisfaction.If Andy was out of town he had Jennie and team following up on our schedule and build process, which they were all professional and pleasant to deal with.We’ve built many new homes over my working career and have never had any contractor complete our home On-Time, but Andy and Med City had us moving in early ( less than 3 months) and he always assured us of the completion date and their progress. I learned quickly to trust Andy’s words and estimates and had no problems settling on his change orders and many times Andy never charged us for additions to our floor plans.
