Mike has been fantastic to work with. His cost plus system ensures complete transparency throughout the project. He communicated daily on status and next steps and always verified that he has our vision of the house correct. Throughout the building process we did make several changes which he helped us through and he always wanted to simply ensure that we get exactly what we want. Our house is customized down to every little inch. Every subcontractor he had on site was great to communicate with. Mike had no issue with us being on site and communicating directly to the subs if convenient however this was definitely not a necessity as Mike was all over our project. Mike has been so great to work with that we have hired him to help us oversee our landscaping project (which we originally excluded from the project) including a large shed and pool. His knowledge in construction is second to none and is invaluable as he ensures everything is done right. Thanks for everything Mike.
