We are strongly disappointed by the Pinnacle home builder. We worked with Ron who is the owner to build home up to 600K. However, I agree with all his conditions with 5K non refundable deposit.After, they deposited our cash, we asked for extra window with our cost. They decided to return our deposit. there is no reasonable reason until today.We were wait for the land to be release from city of Henrietta for 9 months, and the stated price were 497K with upgrade is became up to 600K. We came for extra window to add before send the floor plan to Artech was issue to them and want to charge us extra money.We don't believe that is good custom home to build with and trust after that. specially Ron, he doesn't has senesce. even the joke take it wrong way. we don't understand , we want to build home without change things in middle of build why we need to choose custom home than. we need to work with someone understand our need with extra cost from our side.FYI, We do have all names, text message, and email.
