I purchased a home they remodeled in 2018. Absolutely amazing. Turn key. Everything we needed. Had a baby on the way. We loved it. Fast forward 3 years and I get a notice from sac county saying the fence in my front yard was never permitted. Possible fines of 1000 a day if not fixed in the allowed time. The code enforcer was awesome and worked with me. How ever. When I confronted river side builder. I was hoping they had a permit for the fence. I was told they had no permit to build a 6ft tall fence in front of the house. They just told the fence guys to build a fence. They told me sorry to hear about that and best of luck. I had to rebuild the fence to 3 ft and then was told my side yard fence was also no permit and had to be cut down to 3 ft high 20ft from the front of my property line. While they build beautiful homes. Make me wonder how many thing are they doing with out proper permits buyers be ware
