Isaac and Ethan were a pleasure to work with and have been very responsive to any issues or concerns we had including addressing all the small items that can come about from a newly constructed home.

Had a great experience working with the Talmage team. We purchased a home towards the end of the construction process and they worked with us to make sure house worked for us. We actually ended up following the original plans for the most part because they have a fantastic designer and great attention to detail. After a year in the home we couldn't be happier and Talmage has been great in standing behind their work to address any of the minor issues that can arise as a new build settles.

We have been gradually updating our home. When we got into a time crunch we reached out to Talmage Construction to help install all of our new trim work and new sliding glass door.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. Isaac was wonderful to work with. We have already recommended them to two of our neighbors who are also doing renovations.
They were up front with all the information, responsive, personable, and professional. It was nice to work with smiling, friendly faces during a stressful period.
When we ran into a hiccup on our end with timing, they were gracious in adjusting the schedule to accommodate the sudden change.
Russ was great in making sure we knew our options to make the most informed choice for the layout.
We highly recommend Talmage Construction.
