We interviewed Clint Bayless 5 years ago when we found out we would be moving to San Antonio. I researched other builders and met with them but they couldn’t hold a candle to Clint Bayless. CLINT BAYLESS is in the Top 5 BEST CUSTOM HOME BUILDERS in San Antonio! It was extremely important that I liked our builder because if I can’t communicate well with them, I don’t want to work with them. Clint was a family man, a Christian and a father. He loves his family and his work. Those things are important to me because I had been praying for a God loving builder to help us with our house. God gave us CLINT BAYLESS. Prayer answered. We finally found some land in Bulverde and asked Clint if he would still consider building our house because it had been a few years but we always stayed in touch; he said, “Yes!” I was soooo happy and feeling sooo blessed. He put us in touch with a wonderful architect and we discussed what we wanted in our house and the design. Once we had the final blueprints, Clint went to work immediately. Throughout the entire process, he has always been at the house to make sure that the sub-contractors are doing their job correctly and perfectly. He always made things right if there was an issue and it was resolved immediately. I love his attention to detail and his expertise on everything that is being done to our house. Before some jobs were executed, he would contact us to confirm that it was what we wanted. He always gave me professional advice when I asked him and I loved that! He definitely knows how to build build beautiful houses! The companies that he uses are very professional and their performance is amazing! I honestly love Evanista Custom Cabinets they are just beautiful! They can build anything you want! If we ever had a question or concern, Clint was always available and got us answers very quickly! He was always accountable, extremely professional, and super nice. We will be closing tomorrow on our house. It is absolutely gorgeous and we can’t thank Clint Bayless enough for everything he has done to build our lovely home. Thank you Clint Bayless for everything; you’re an awesome builder and blessed to call you my friend. We are beyond totally happy with the new house. Construction from the drilling the well to the very small punch list was totally smooth. Clint Bayless is extremely good at what he does. The sub contractors employed by Bayless Construction were all Major League professionals. The list of great features is very long. We have a great roof, a wonderful stained and scored concrete floor, arched windows, custom countertops, world class closets, huge porches, etc...etc... etc... The stone work is my favorite part of the house. Mr Bayless is very diligent and polite when communicating with his clients. He makes good recommendations, give you options, and builds exactly what you conceptualize. Five Stars is not enough. I highly recommend Bayless Construction for any project where professionalism, knowledge, and diligence is required. We are so happy that our lender recommended him.
