Dale and Debbie are consummate professionals. Deciding to custom-build a house is never a decision made lightly, but it was certainly made easier by them. His firm was my first -- and last -- interview. I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail, organization, transparency, and follow-up. With Dale, you're never steered one way or another, left hanging on a limb with a subcontractor, or suddenly realizing hidden charges before taking the keys to your home. Their open houses and website bespeak the quality and creativity of their work. Of course, there are small things that come up after move-in, but Dale and his team did not leave us after the keys were turned over. The relationship extends beyond the construction. Our house was inspired by another of his homes in our subdivision, and at least two more are under construction. We love our home and are privileged to be members of the Dale Sauer Homes Family.
