Quality was an important part of our decision butcharacter was important as well. We wanted a builder who would guide us safely through theprocess of building a custom home. Someone who would make us aware of all things knownand unknown. Mcnair did just that. Our build was not without some snafu’s but how yourespond to adversity is important. The experience of owning a McNair home has been amazing. The absolute beauty, quality craftsmanship, and thoughtful design is what attracted me to the home. I only ever looked at the home I bought from the McNair family, after seeing it I knew there was no need to look further. Over the past 5 years, I have received first class customer service. I have not had any issues with the home but minor questions or concerns were answered immediately and directly by the McNair family themselves. I had purchased from a high end home builder prior to owning my McNair home, and I never received near this level of superior customer service. I feel extremely valued as a customer and I feel very confident that over the years as questions come up that I will be able to call and speak directly to McNair Custom homes. I also can say with complete confidence that if I ever decide to build a different home, I will select McNair Custom homes again. We love the home they built for us so much that my husband and I would love nothing more than to one day gift this beautiful home to our son for him to raise his own family in.
