Weston Dean Custom Homes

Was in the market for a custom builder to build my forever home. An associate recommended Weston Dean homes in which my wife and I made a visit to their model home in New Braunfels, Texas. It was all smoke and mirrors as they had a "designer" sketch a floorplan on a piece of paper! No formal blueprints or anything of the sort; and charged us over $3200! Two weeks later, an unfortunate life changing event happened which prevented us from moving forward. Spoke to the same representatives at Weston Dean about the situation and understandably asked for a refund. No compassion, sympathy, or even tissue! They refused and simply kept the money! Years later (after bouncing back) I was finally able to build with another custom builder and learned Weston Dean was also building several homes in the neighborhood in which their former customers (including me) were extremely dissatisfied and feel ripped off! Do not entertain building ANYTHING (custom home, dog house, wooden fence, floating shelf) with WESTON DEAN! They do not care about people, not even their workmanship, only the money they make off you!

We had our house built by Weston Dean back in 2015, and after several years of living here, I’m pleased to report that our home is still in fantastic condition. From the onset, the quality of workmanship and attention to detail was evident, ensuring that our house not only looked great when it was new but has also stood the test of time. The building process itself was made remarkably smooth and stress-free thanks to the incredible staff at Weston Dean. Every team member we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making our dream home a reality. They were always available to answer our questions, provide us with updates, and guide us through each stage of the construction process. Their customer service was exemplary, making us feel valued and respected as clients. Moreover, the builder was transparent about costs, timelines, and the materials used, which helped us trust them even more. They delivered our home on schedule and within the agreed budget, which is a testament to their efficiency and reliability. I cannot recommend Weston Dean highly enough. If you’re considering building a new home, you can trust them to provide not only a high-quality residence but also a wonderful building experience. Our home is a source of pride and joy, and we have Weston Dean to thank for that.

Weston Dean built my home in 2020. It’s hard to believe that much time has passed. I can only say I am so appreciative and grateful to this day with my experience with the whole process, from day one till the day when the keys to this house were given to me. The team at Weston Dean could not have been more kind, patient, and responsive every step of the way. Some four years later, I love my home more and can’t help but marvel at how the building process came together and how the quality shines through everyday. Highly recommend and would use again!
