You better be prepared to replace stuff after the first year warranty expires! Everything they put is raggedy down to the door knobs!! Twist the door knobs and the whole thing comes off!! Cheap acrylic paint, cheap cabinets , Ashy linoleum no matter what you put on it very dull , siding don’t cover the wood! Front lights on house you can’t change lightbulb without the fixture trying to come off, pipes messed up !Worst builder ever! & they know they use that cheap stuff & charge an arm and a leg!! Who buys a brand new house & carpet buckles in few years!! Horrible Builder!! Looks can be deceiving oh & raggedy garage door sounds like it’s gonna unhinge !! I hate it here!

Brand new houses being built!! They are so pretty!! Its been my life-long dream to have a new house. Hopefully soon!!
Adams homes did not have the proper equipment up (silt fence). I had mud/silt flood my yard which destroyed my yard/grass after spending money to have it cut and treated. I have left numerous messages and emails with Carmen Harwood. Still No Response after 2 months. I should of figured they (Adams Homes) would not do anything to fix their mistakes/screw ups to other peoples property. I would not buy or recommend this builder to anyone. Check their track record they have numerous lawsuits against them.
