I moved into a home built in 2018. Months after moving in, I had a leak from the roof and it was supposedly been fixed. It’s 2021 and I am still having problems and I have to have another contractor to come out and fix it.
They built our home! We broke ground and moved I within 6 months. Granted a lot had to do with perfect weather almost the whole six months the, but goodness it was an incredible experience. Great details; amazing quality; if we ever build again, we are using them, but I don’t know if we ever will because this house is practically perfection !
Brannon Builders built our home in 2013 we have been nothing but pleased with the construction quality and the courtesy and professionalism of the Brannon staff. I have personally met Mr. Brannon a few times and he is a very nice man. Whenever we have had a maintenance issue we have been able to reach out to the company for help with repairs or suggestions. I wish I could take them with me to build my next home in middle TN!!
Built our home in Deerchase and to this day we are amazed at the quality of construction and thoughtfulness they put into their building. I wish other builders would do the same in this world of cutting corners and cheap fixes.
They are building 2 houses in the same cove we live in...within 3 weeks I have gotten 2 flat tires from nails in the road and constantly I am picking up building trash and Corona beer boxes in our yard that originate from their job sites.....if they build your house, I would keep a close eye on the process.
