Good views & lovely adjacent neighborhoods with good proximity to shopping and thoroughfares to get in and out of town.Predominantly small square footage plans and medium square footage plans. Only one plan barely approaches large size and it has an awkward second story layout. Homes are pricey and lot premiums are expected to increase. A home purchase here constitutes a hefty investment which may hold its value over the next 4 yrs.
