We purchased our home in Spruce Grove with Marissa, and she was always extremely easy to deal with and on top of any questions or concerns we had. Joey has also been a pleasure to deal with, providing a top-notch level of service, always responsive and handling our requests with the utmost care. We had some small things to be remediated here and there, like it happens with all new homes, however, we feel completely taken care off and are absolutely happy with our purchase. We just moved into our Alquinn built home and are so incredibly happy with it. We bought a spec home so didn’t choose any of the finishes however I would change nothing, everything is so well thought out, the layout is perfect and my husband and I just keep saying how comfy and homey it feels. We are so happy we found this home! It is evident that John cares about his business and the quality of home he hands over to buyers. We have bought a few new homes and upon key release have been less than happy with the final product, not so with this home. Thank you for giving us such a beautiful home Alquinn!
