We couldn't be happier with the renovation work Evani Homes Inc. did on our basement! Their team was incredibly professional, attentive to our needs, and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. The final result surpassed our expectations! They provided valuable guidance on material selection and design, which was greatly appreciated. Moreover, the project stayed within budget and was completed on schedule. Our basement has now become the favorite spot for our family. Without hesitation, we highly recommend this company for their honesty, dedication, and professionalism.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Evani Homes Inc. to finish our basement, and the experience was exceptional. Christa and Enzo, the dynamic duo behind the project, demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final touches, they showcased a commitment to high-quality work. Christa's attention to detail and Enzo's expertise ensured that every aspect of the basement exceeded our expectations. The team's dedication to delivering top-notch craftsmanship truly set them apart. Communication was seamless, and any concerns or questions were promptly addressed. The finished result speaks volumes about their skill and commitment to excellence. Our newly finished basement is a testament to their outstanding service.

We ended up using Evani Homes for our basement renovations this past year and we have nothing but great things to say about Christa and Enzo's work. They were very good at communicating with us expectations for the project, insightful on recommendations on products and blueprint items, great at estimating the price of the work done (came on budget), and delivered a high quality finish. Their trade workers were very friendly, professional and on-time. Bonus the job was done ahead of the scheduled finish date. Overall I'd recommend this builder to anyone looking for a high quality, highly efficient and fair priced project. If we decide to build or renovate any other homes of ours, they will surely be the ones with contact first.

Evani Homes has been more than a pleasure to work with. Christa has been very communicative and easy to work with. She has innovative thought and always goes above and beyond to get the job done. I couldn't think of working with any other builder. Wouldn't hesitate to build another home with them. Thank you Fam.

We built our home with Evani Homes and couldn't be happier. They walked us through the entire process from planning to completion. They were attentive to any questions or concerns we had during the build. Every time we were on site it was obvious how much effort went in to keeping our building site and home clean. They used quality contactors and have fully stood behind their product. Thank you for making our home building experience stress free and enjoyable.
