Very nice, walls a are little thin though and my neighbors were having a heated argument next door while we were trying to sleep. Very nice hot tub on the rooftop, with a wonderful view. The lagoon was absolutely freezing though. Do not swim in the lagoon, you will freeze to death.
Such a fun place. Desert Color is so beautiful and the lagoon is honestly amazing. The whole area feels super clean, relaxing, and family friendly. It is the perfect spot to hang out, walk around, or just enjoy the views. We had the best time here.
Our recent Redrock stay began with a hock: the grill literally caught fire on day one, an alarming incident that almost had us dialing 911, compounded by a non-responsive smoke alarm. This set the tone for what became a somewhat frustrating stay, as we discovered numerous items damaged by previous occupants - missing buttons on sinks, missing plugs on both paddleboards a cut paddleboard pump tube, and crucial knobs missing from the grill. To top it off we found two blankets vith concerning stains.However, through all these hurdles, one aspect consistently shone: Redrock's exceptional responsiveness. They were always quick to acknowledge our issues and offered immediate solutions, from providing free paddleboard rentals and sending maintenance to fix damages, to arranging fresh linens. This level of dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Despite the initial setbacks, it's their excellent customer service that assures US we will be returning guest just staying in a different home.
Great vacation spot with many current amenities and new ones to come. All the kids we had with us loved the smoothies and dippin dots at the pool bar. There are many different home selections to choose from for groups of 4 or groups as big as 50. Would consider buying a property here or coming just as a vacation spot
We really enjoyed it here as we visited the nightly rental community. Beautiful interior finishes. The pool area is impressive and the lagoon was perfect for paddleboards. Really cold though. There lots of construction so very ready for the pounding. Overall, if your traveling and vacationing, this is a great place to stay. There are also areas within the development that are full full time residences. You can't just rent out anywhere so make sure you know which areas to buy in.
