We just signed a contract for a new home with sale agent Tiffany Leon recently. She was nice and friendly overall. After we signed, we came to have question regarding price calculation so I sent email, called and left message but she has never returned my call or respond email. I am a bit disappointed and worried if we get bad service like this in the future.

Florsheim cancelled my escrow after 7 month waiting and sell the house to another buyer for $50k more. 10 attorneys I consulted said their contract is very one sided and not good faith. Their arbitration clause pushes attorneys fee costs to buyers and it will soon outweigh the benefits of suing this builder. So, if you really have to buy a house from them, don’t sign the arbitration clause!!! DONT INITIAL IN THAT OPTIONAL ARBITRATION CLAUSE. Also, here’s the one sided cancellation clause in the contract. It allows the seller/builder to cancel escrow for pretty much any reason/any repair/any disagreement. I heard the builder constantly cancel buyers’ escrow using that BULLYING PARAGRAPH. BE AWARE, BUYERS. I SERIOUSLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO READ MY REVIEW.

This is a 1 year review: They had a great customer service until we signed our papers and got our ??. They fool you with all the warranty promises but if you have a problem, they always manage to come up with an excuse to fix it or lable it it "NORMAL". Exterior of the house was done very poorly. I had to file a claim 3 times to get it fixed. Paint on the ceiling is not done correctly you can see black lines everywhere in the house. We started getting cracks everywhere inside and outside and according to their 6 month inspection it was normal and the cracks will get fixed on the 1year inspection date. They did cover up the cracks inside the house "the guy was very rude and unprofessional, i had to follow him every step to show him the problems that he was skipping, he blamed items in the house being on his way and didnt even bother to ask if we could move anything to give him room to work". They said they wont fix the cracks outside, and also said that is normal for a new house. I wish i could share pictures to show how ugly the cracks look. They fix obvious issues and problems but other than that they have an excuse for everything. If i had to start over my house purchase, i wouldn't buy a house from Florsheim. They used all the cheap materials and have the worse customer service. My recommendations is If you have other builders in your town go with different builders.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever felt with! They literally could care less! I have to get pre approved through them first haha good luck! I've got mine through wells Fargo and I'm not wasting my time through you guys haha! They don't want ur business they want your money! Plus they need to work for it and try to help not just say what every other small company says!
