Customer feedback is mixed. Positive reviews highlight access to affordable homes, supportive staff interactions, and community events at certain properties. Critical reviews mention difficulty reaching staff by phone, delays in callbacks, and inconsistent front-desk interactions. Overall ratings reflect both appreciation for housing opportunities and concerns about responsiveness.

As I was walking up the the door the lady that works the ringer walked up. She was very snobby and rude outside her work building for no reason. When I pressed the button after she walked in, I wanted to complain about her and she's the one that answered. She tried to change her tone and refused to give her name and told me to complain online about her or to call the number. I did both and spoke to two of her coworkers who walked out. Marisol and Chris said her behavior isn't acceptable but we all know that rude people will be rude when they know they can get away with it. Who ever she is she's just not a nice person. Both Marisol and Chris knew who I was speaking about when I said "rude lady". Get rid of her and hire people who are glad to help and not bothered. She didn't have to say a single thing to me if she was on break or lunch. I sent an email regarding the complaint to the CEO Carol Ornelas.

I had heard of this place through a friend. I did all my paperwork submitted all my documents they've requested from me and still they've made it such a hassle to try & help me. They are rude and unprofessional! They make it so hard to get ahold of them because they foward calls straight to voicemal or have all calls automatically fowarded for DAYS at a time. I am highly disappointed and do not recommend waisting your time with this company!! After reading all the horrible reviews I should've known better!!

I love that they give hope to people like me. I get disability and have no one to turn to. I hope to be in one soon. How would I go about it? Do I really need to get a case worker and if so where?

I love this place we have lived here for 3yrs Now and love how they work with their tenants. They do their best working along side with the community and put on great community gatherings and block party's, if you're looking for a great place to call home that fits your budget Visionary Homes is for you.

They are awesome. We've been homeless 5 years and didn't see much hope for getting a place. God opened up the door for us and it happens rather quickly. I'm so blessed to have this opportunity to get my first place ever and it's brand spanking new! Thank you so much! To God first and than to Visionary Home and my worker at HUD-VASH!
