Our project involved the construction of an addition, a kitchen remodeling and a conversion of a 1/2 bathroom to a full bathroom. We decided to stay in the house for the duration of the project including demolition (not sure we will do it again!).We have had an excellent experience with Oria's Builder.It started with the design work with the architect, which was very effective. After several back and forths to decide before deciding on the design that we wanted.From then, the actual work took about 6 months, with near zero downtime. From the 1st day, the team was working hard on the demolition. The construction team did an excellent job, working while accommodating our presence. A special appreciation to Tte electrical and the flooring professional for their excellent workmanship, and meticulous work.Gabriel our project manager and Gilad were always available, and very solution driven. For example, we were very disappointed by the kitchen backsplash, feeling it was a slapdash job. Oria's Builder removed the backsplash, paid for the replacement, and installed it at no additional cost to us.We recommend Oria's Builder team without reservation. The communication was excellent: we were kept informed of every step and roadblocks.Their quality of work is excellent. And we are very happy with the results.
Highly recommend these guys after doing a great job from start to finish !I recently bought a house for investment and needed remodeling for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms , and a friend recommended Oria Builders and sent me to speak with Gilad the owner.we clicked from the first call , Gilad was super friendly , professional and understood exactly what I was looking for without me having to explain too much and got me a price offer and work plan within a couple of days and by the next week the crew was already working on my property.Gabriel the project manager was always polite and respectful, kept everything clean and did a raeally good job on keeping us updated at every point of the job .they completed the job within the agreed upon time frame with no lagging , left everything clean and looking brand new , and I will absolutely use their services again in the future .thanks again guys for doing a wonderful job!
We had a great experience with Oria Builders. Gilad did an amazing job coordinating the 1100 sqft addition and remodeling of our entire house! This was a major remodeling job which included removing walls, ceiling reconfiguration, a new roof structure, new layout, and completely new electrical and plumbing work!Gilad did an excellent job keeping the project on track and keeping us in the loop with any issues.We started with the architectural plans, then design and material selection, before the actual work started. We ordered all the materials on time when needed, which prevented delays.We started the work on the third week of March and finished it on September 1st (less than 5 months!!) - meeting deadlines was essential to us and Gilad‘s team did not disappoint. Also, his team would always keep the job site clean.We could see his crew working every day including weekends as needed.We had great communication throughout the process (using WhatsApp mainly) and he was quick to respond to everything we needed.They handled issues and challenges quickly and efficiently. If you want to work with a company that stands behind their word, Oria Builders is definitely the one!Overall we are extremely happy with the outcome.Gilad knows everything about designing a house. Gilad from Oria Builders, has been helping us realize our dream journey of remodeling of our 1950s home in Los Gatos to a modern contemporary residence.Choosing Gil has been the top difference between what I could call a good home and a great home! Gil has carried critical elements of timeliness, quality and a flawless work ethic at every step of the way over the past several months as we progressed from ground zero to a gorgeous new home. Just like several other families looking to remodel their home may have, we too had hit several bottlenecks on our journey may it be finances or challenges with suppliers. However, Gil has helped nail all of these issues with his experience and honest commitment to this project. He has always been extremely responsive to our questions and concerns whenever had them - on any weekday or even on those weekends when he wasn’t even working! He has a very high bar on quality, and demands the same from his team who are involved in the project - truly the difference his sense of ownership has brought about. Without us needing to remind him, he has always promptly communicated to us the progress on the project at every step of the way, may it be in form of photographs of the development, or sharing any items of concern early enough to prepare us for change. His solid network of suppliers has also helped us procure some of the best finished goods for reasonable prices. Gil is someone I can easily hand off a remodeling/construction project and get whatever I asked for - he just gets it.One of the key aspects we look for in any contractor is the breadth and quality of the network of suppliers they come with - and we were totally happy with the resources whom Gil brought in to do the job. Lat but not the least, time is money. Gil committed to a 6 month deadline that we were totally happy with and ended up wrapping up the project in 5 months with all the dynamics that came with it - Take that for timeliness with quality!
