I'm considering a home by Lennar. However, it is very rare for a company not to respond to reviews and especially negative ones. Not even a standard copy and paste response. That speaks volumes for the integrity of the company.
Outstanding homes really ezey to talk to. The home prices was a bit high !! Id they were in the low middle 300. i would perches the home ??
WOW! It was a journey for me. I let my credit go to 0 and paid the price for not using it.C.C, Rose Guillen, ( Rose's son) Kevin and Brian Burnham with my loan and so many others at Lennar, thar didn't give up on me. And I a old man at 56 got his first house. 100% disabled USMC veteran, and I was happy to rent my whole life, but..you would have to move every 3-4 years in AZ with the prices. I can't thank the team that put me in a brand new house and it is awesome inside and out. Got to get in the heavy stuff from my old place tomorrow. My last time moving. It is a very good. Update: It has been over 2 years here. This place isn't for me, they have a clubhouse and if you want to pay the $250 HOA fee for that, go ahead. I am moving to the traffic and the feeling of isolation. Only one way in and out, unless you want to go all the way around on Happy Valley. Nevada is where I belong, and just waiting to get out of here.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER!!!! I almost bought one of their homes a few years ago to live next to my daughter and they have had nothing but trouble and Lennar will not fix anything. Cheap construction material leaks in the pipes and they will not do anything for her. Stay away from this unethical Home Builder.
Do not buy a Lennar home. We are so disappointed with our Asante new build home. It’s been one issue after another in just one year. Everything from having to rebuild an entire wall to faulty electrical to damaged irrigation to defective/unsealed windows to poor plumbing and everything else in between! Literally! They are making such cheap quality homes and we’ve had to put in a “ticket” for everything I just listed above. Our home is a 2023 build and all these issues already. And the customer service is just as bad. They are sending in unskilled laborers and Lennar Reps to work on my brand new home. When they go to repair one thing, they break something else doing it. There’s a severe lack of communication. The laborers they send in have no qualifications, they just show up and are given the assignment. Which results in “low budget” looking “repairs” in my BRAND NEW HOME. I bought a new build and it already looks like a fixer upper because of Lennars workmanship. I even had a Lennar rep tell me (because I was complaining about the low quality of work being done) and he said “they keep whoever they can to do a job. No one wants to work so they take whoever is willing, poor workmanship or not.” I’m so over this builder and will NEVER allow a loved one to purchase a HOME from Lennar. I bought a legacy, something to pass down to my children, and Lennar has destroyed it with their cheap, unskilled labor, and half ass repairs. Meanwhile, the Lennar Reps are former Cox Cable or AAA agents who just work their way up the latter. They have no particular licenses or training while dictating the structural outcome of my HOME. It’s been heartbreaking this year.
