OUR 5th CONTROL BOX ON OUR KITCHEN FAUCET (3 KOHLER, 2 MOEN) HAS DIED AGAIN AND AMY AT TOLL BROTHERS CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT HELP US! TOLL BROS BOUGHT THE FAUCET FROM ANOTHER PLACE THEREFORE THEIR “PLUMBER” WHICH IS BREWER PLUMBING WILL NOT SERVICE IT AND SO OUR FAUCET HAS NO HOT WATER AND SINCE IT US A WAVE SENSOR, WILL NOT DISPENSE WATER!!I NOW HAVE TO DEAL WITH MOEN BY MYSELF BECAUSE TOLL BROS DID NOT PURCHASE THE FAUCET FROM BREWERS.TOLL BROS IS THE WORST AND THEY LIE.DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM.THEIR CURRENT EMPLOYEES AND FORMER EMPLOYEES TELL HOW BAD THEY ARE. (I have this all on video).

Toll Brothers is selling their cottages (currently used for future buyers to experience our community) with the intent to allow nightly AirBnB rentals. They plan to make the cottages an exception to the minimum 6 month rentals requirement for all other homeowners. Toll Brothers refuses to listen to their current homeowners about how this will negatively impact our neighborhood. We need 30 day minimum rentals to protect the integrity of our home value and our peace and quiet.
