Custom Craft HOMES, under its new management team, has been a pleasure to work with. Adam Smith has proven to be easy to communicate with and has followed through with rectifying any issues we have had. Josh LaCroix is far and away the most professional supervisor we have dealt with. He is very conscientious and sincerely cares about making sure to follow up on any questions and pending items. We can not say enough good things about Josh and his attention to detail. Our sales representative, Linda Wernicke, was outstanding to work with.She was very responsive and prompt to answer any questions. It is very clear she cares about her client relationships. The overall team performance was great after the change in management.
AR Homes has given us the best experience in purchasing a house. Josh and Linda are always there to help us or answer a question. After moving into our dream house, Josh kept us updated when the construction crew needed to come over and adjust something.Also, all the people in the construction crews have been fantastic. Professional, proficient and profoundly personal. And it’s important for me to underscore that last P in my alliteration - personal. From Linda Wernicke (sales executive) who essentially became a family friend, to my rock star project manager Josh who vowed to build my home like it was his own, to my new builder Adam who fought the bank on my behalf to keep my rate. These people were the truth! Now I must say that my building project started off extremely rocky- in fact I had planned on leaving a one star review as soon as my house was completed. Unreasonable delays, horrendous communication and massive uncertainty marked my initial experience. But about a year ago There was a serious regime change, where A gentleman named Adam took over the company And I was assigned a new project manager Josh. Their Expertise and customer care, I would describe as almost messianic for my family and I. Very grateful for the new team and I appreciate how responsive they are even after moving in, making good on my warranty year. Also, special shout out to the two ladies in the design center Who helped us customize The home of our dreams. Redemption for 5 stars! Well done AR!
