Bayfair workers & subcontractors are a nightmare for anyone next door to one of their projects. They’ve been building next to me for well over 4 years. Almost all of their subs refuse to pick up their own trash, including bags of food, so trash is strewn across my property and others as soon as the wind blows. They’ve damaged my property. They repeatedly block my driveway, and then argue about moving their cars/trucks. The project is on a corner lot so there’s no legitimate reason for them to block my driveway. What’s worse is that Bayfair, as the general contractor, obviously doesn’t care because they don’t return any calls.
Bayfair Custom Homes is the epitome of professionalism among builders in Tampa Bay. Their attention to detail, dedication to quality, and commitment to their customers really sets them apart. Highly recommended.
