Devonshire was great to work with, and supported us in a major way by helping us acquire replacement materials after the recent Florida hurricanes. Very pleased with Brooke, Josh and the entire team!

We here at Lightstyle of Tampa Bay have worked with Devonshire for 15 years supplying their Lighting and Ceiling fans. Everyone there is fantastic to work with, and they make you feel like you are a part of their team. They have great processes in place to make sure things go smoothly. I highly recommend Devonshire Custom Homes if you are planning on building a new home. You will be in very good hands!

We have been doing business with Devonshire Custom Homes for over a decade!
We own/operate Installation Innovation, LLC, an appliance installation company specializing in high-end luxury appliances, and Devonshire is one of the best luxury home builders in the Tampa Bay area. It's been a pleasure to work with them building dreams for families.
From their ownership, their jobsite supers, to their trades and helpers, everyone is very respectful and courteous of each others trades, and willing to work together and help out to make the job run as smoothly as possible.
Looking forward to continuing a great working relationship in the future!
Thank you Devonshire Custom Homes!

I spoke with several builders, but knew immediately after meeting Brooke and Josh that Devonshire was the right builder for my home. Their team was fantastic from the architecture phase to the design and build phase and right through to the closing. The home came out exactly as I had envisioned it. We built during the chaos of Covid and there were some delays that were beyond their control, but Debbie, their Project Manager and Supervisor was fantastic about communicating. I've now been in the house for a little over a year and I couldn't be more happy with the home and with the quality. Building a home can be stressful, but working with the Devonshire team made it a very easy process. I highly recommend Brooke, Josh, and the entire Devonshire team.

Devonshire built our home in 2017, and we are so happy we decided to go with Devonshire after considering 3 custom home builders. Per our research, Devonshire's reputation was very strong, and built quality was the best, per the homes we visited. We are vey happy with our home, from design to built quality. When we needed things addressed, everyone at Devonshire were very helpful, responsive and professional. A special thanks to Josh, Brooke, Rob and Randy!
