We had an awesome experience building our home with Bankowski Builders! Bryce, the owner, was fantastic to work with—kind, honest, and always easy to get in touch with, which made all the difference. The whole process felt easy and stress-free, especially when it came to making selections and upgrades. A lot of people told us building a home would be “stressful but worth it”—but honestly, we just found it fun. The team was always helpful, professional, and kept things running smoothly from start to finish. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and would 100% recommend Bankowski Builders to anyone thinking about building!

Bryce and his team built a stunningly beautiful custom home for us. From the very beginning of the process, the Bankowski team was very professional, caring, and easy to work with. Bryce takes pride in his work and it shows. The ability to talk with Bryce and see him out onsite shows his interest in truly building a quality home. While there are always issues no matter who you build with, the Bankowski team handled them well and addressed them quickly. His contractors did a phenomenal job and we couldn't be happier. We built our house with Bankowski in 2019. We loved this floor plan and the finishes as soon as we walked into the parade home. Bryce was easy to work with and acommodating as we went through the process but there were alot of misses with the cost in the proposal as compared to the actual cost of our home. We were prepared for there to be overages as many other family and friends had shared their experiences with a building a home but we feel that ours were significant. A little more homework when preparing the proposal could have eliminated this which Bryce was apologetic about. We were building on our own lot and not one we purchased from them but considering they had just built a house less than a mile from ours we thought they would be familiar with what the costs would be in the area. We also were disappointed in the quality control, from bouncy floors to crooked vents and switch plates and imperfections in the cabinetry to name a few. They did try to remedy the bouncy floors at no additional cost which helped but didn't complete eliminate it. If we were building a home for someone I would like to think we would try to find these things before the homeowner and correct them. In the end we do love our home and receive many compliments. We wouldn't not recommend Bankowski but felt to give an honest review and to help someone else considering them, these would be things to discuss to get a more accurate proposal and have a better build experience. To build a house was a dream or ours and we don't regret it but had hoped to not have to live with imperfections like we did in our pre-owned home we had.

I've had the pleasure of working with Bankowski Builders in several different capacities, most significant being a recent home they built for one of my real estate clients. They were incredibly professional, detailed, and wonderful work work with throughout the process. My client was very pleased with the smooth and easy process, and the final product.
