My wife and I went looking for a Villa in May 2020 after we retired from our jobs. We looked at many new houses around the Toledo suburbs. We did not know anything about Eagle Creek Builders at that time. Through our great real estate agent Tammy Frye at ReMax she introduced us to Becky Bollin, who is the wife of Dan Bollin, who is the owner of Eagle Creek Builders. We looked at a few of their houses that were available, and we loved the special touches these houses had. One of our priorities in choosing a new house was "Location" with no rear neighbors. We then toured a house that Eagle Creek was building on Honey Crisp Ct, in Springfield twsp. The house we decided on was about 60% complete. Working with Becky and Dan Bollin was a very simple process for picking colors, and doing some changes and upgrades to the house. We had our "Handyman" friend go through the house before we made final decision, and he was very impressed on how well the house was being built, with the high end insulation as a priority. The closing process was quick after the houses was complete. My wife and I feel like we are now part of the Eagle Creek family. We keep in touch with the Bollins on a regular basis, and especially have become close to their son Nick. Nick is the supervisor in charge of all the new construction projects. Nick has the knowledge and personality to make the building process less stressful. Nick has helped us with very minor issues the past 8 months we have lived in our new house. Nick does have a sweet tooth for cakes and pies which I also have to mention. Eagle Creeks business manager Heather, who I believe really runs the company. Any questions about anything will be answered by Heather. Their other employee Jerome is their worker who does everything from sweeping the street, to sanding floor. Jerome is quite an assess to the company also. So far my wife and I love the house we moved into. We further love the F-16 fighter jets from the 180th at our near by airport that visit the skies above. We have helped our new neighbors with ideas as their houses were being built. Our experience with Eagle Creek Builders has been very positive so far.
