We selected Morningstar to build our "forever" home back in 2020. Permitting and extensive site prep including digging a new pond for fill took over a year, and our slab was poured November 2021. Our home is now dried in and we could not be more pleased. Morningstar's creativity, flexibility, communication, scheduling, quality of subcontractors and effectiveness at managing both schedule and cost have been exceptional. The entire team starting with Ted, Yvonne, and Jay are all first rate. If you are thinking of building a truly custom home and are seeking a professional, customer-centric builder, Morningstar should be on your short list. Our home is about a year from completion.
