We visited with several builders and general contractors before settling on Morning Star Builders for our home, and it was apparent from our first meeting that they are a step above the rest. Every home that they build is stunning. They are highly knowledgeable and take incredible care in everything they do. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail in our home was completed with excellence.

What was truly impressive is that their subcontractors were not only highly skilled, but they were respectful and kind throughout the process. We always felt very comfortable having them in our home. Wes and Blake operate with the highest level of integrity and were always upfront about any challenges or concerns that arose. Not only are they excellent home builders, they are truly wonderful people.

Building or renovating a high-end custom home is a huge financial investment and requires a lot of your time and energy; that said, choosing to make that investment with Morning Star Builders was one of the best decisions we made. Love you guys!

We selected Morningstar to build our "forever" home back in 2020. Permitting and extensive site prep including digging a new pond for fill took over a year, and our slab was poured November 2021. Our home is now dried in and we could not be more pleased. Morningstar's creativity, flexibility, communication, scheduling, quality of subcontractors and effectiveness at managing both schedule and cost have been exceptional. The entire team starting with Ted, Yvonne, and Jay are all first rate. If you are thinking of building a truly custom home and are seeking a professional, customer-centric builder, Morningstar should be on your short list. Our home is about a year from completion. We will follow this with an update at that time.
