The worst quality and craftsmanship. We were building a home from ground up and they fail miserably causing us to loose our Ernest money and upgrade deposit . They had mispositioned the master bath drain and then proceeded to fix it after fighting them . Their fix was not correct and refill of the new hole they dug in concrete was not properly done . Also the first initial inspection had 100s of electrical violations and of course they thought about getting this fixed also. But being that there was so much negative and poor work and decided not to purchase the home due to their poor service and construction, and they refuse to give our money back never do work or business with them. Also, the sales rep Kimberly was horrible as well and was no help trying to rectify the situation or solve it. Just took our money and advantage of elderly people . Stay away from Perry. They are not the reputation and named that they used to be.

I absolutely adore this builder. Perry Homes is an all time FAVORITE. The communities are so beautifully structured and the homes are all exceptionally gorgeous. It is a pleasure to work with this team at closing time.

After touring this community several times with both builders, we found a premium lot that was big enough for our home plan with a garage extension. Kim Boyd was extremely knowledgable. She has extensive knowledge about Perry's plans (what is customizable and what is not.) She was highly responsive and our experience was much more pleasant than previous visits on the 50'/60' sections with other sales representatives. Would definitely recommend working with Kim Boyd if you are interested in learning more about Amira and/or looking to purchase a home.
