We had an incredible experience with Precision Homes building our home in 2025. Our main contact Shane was on top of everything and always thinking of head. This caused our build timeline to fly by. He was at the property multiple times per day sometimes making sure everything was being built to his standards. We had an issue after hours and Shane was over in just a few minutes to help remedy. Picking a home builder can be stressful but Precision lives up to their fabulous reputation.

The build quality truly stands out—every detail was completed with care and precision. Communication throughout the build (and even after completion) was excellent: timely, transparent, and stress-free.

Paul Tapia guided us seamlessly through the design and purchase process. Our Superintendent, Josh Peters, was an exceptional project manager—organized, responsive, and proactive in keeping everything on track and done right. The construction crew was skilled, professional, and kept the job site clean throughout the build.

We highly recommend Precision Homes to anyone looking for a high-quality custom home and a builder who genuinely cares about their clients.

My wife and I recently built a home with Precision Homes, we cannot recommend them enough! We had heard tons of horror stories from friends & family members who had to constantly stay on their over-extended builder to maintain communication and correct various tasks throughout the build. We were almost expectant of the same treatment, but from the moment we met with Ashley in sales we began to think differently. They went above and beyond to work with us on customization throughout the build constantly maintaining a high level of customer service. Our superintendent was Cory, he was fantastic. He was sure to provide weekly updates and answer all calls and texts within a reasonable amount of time. The build wasn’t without its minor hiccups (as expected with a build), but what was unexpected was their quick response to correct any issue and manage the build efficiently. Cory made it a priority to complete the build before the birth of our daughter, completing the project in under 90 days from the first dump truck load of dirt. Needless to say Precision’s 65 years in the business and Faith based practices shine through.

We had a great experience with Precision Homes. We have recommended them to several people in our area. Ashley was very patient and informative with the layout, design, and changes. Amber and Nathan were equally patient and knowledgeable assisting us with colors, flooring, cabinets. Corey was awesome as our builder. He knew we were hoping to finish and move in before the new school year (we knew it was a long shot with weather delays). We closed and moved in almost 2 months early. Corey kept us informed throughout and always got back with us if we had any questions along the way. 5/5 stars.
