Their skill and talent were evident throughout the process as they suggested alterations that elevated the plan while always taking into account our requests. The level of customization they offered and decisions they included us in was beyond our expectations. They were always willing to offer advice or guidance if we felt out of our depth. The communication throughout was exceptional. We never felt out of the loop. They always offered in-person meetings too. They were quick to respond never making us feel like a nuisance. And the customer service has continued to this day. The Coopers were beyond honest in every step. We NEVER worried about whether we were being taken advantage of. They genuinely care about doing what is right and building relationships. We are beyond happy and living in a home that surpasses our expectations.
