Being a small business owner in the trade industry I am on several new construction jobsites a week. We have been hired by Whyte Oak for several projects over the last several years and will say that their jobsites are one of the cleanest and most organized we see. Other builders we work for just want the job done in the least amount of time for the least amount of money. When we work for Mr. Luke & Mrs. Rachel its the complete opposite. We were fortunate enough to be involved on the construction of their personal family home and can honestly say they build all their customers homes to the same standard as their own. After being a part of the new home construction industry for 20 years now, I have an EXTREAMLY small list of builders that I would personally hire if I ever decided to build a custom home and Whyte Oak is on that list.
