Elmwood Custom Homes

We had a great experience with Elmwood as our home builder. From start to finish, they were professional, timely, and easy to work with. Besides beautiful, the quality of the build really shows. After our inspection, even the inspector commented that it was a well-built house, which gave us extra confidence in the workmanship. We’re very happy with our home and would absolutely recommend Elmwood to anyone building.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Elmwood Homes from start to finish. The entire team was professional, responsive, and truly supportive throughout the whole process. They were incredibly gracious when we needed extra time to get our deposits together and remained flexible while we worked to sell our home. Their communication was consistent and clear, which gave us so much peace of mind during what can be a stressful time. A special thank you to Rebecca and Shelvin — they were reassuring, patient, and genuinely cared about making this a smooth experience for us. We always felt supported and valued. We are so grateful for the way they walked with us every step of the way. Highly recommend Elmwood Homes!

After being in an Elmwood home for 7 years, we decided it was time for an upgrade to another one. Brett made the process for choosing a new home easy and simple. He helped us navigate the pros and cons of which community to choose and provided us with lots of helpful information. Brett made sure we knew he was available to help us with anything. He returns texts and emails without delay. We look forward to working with the entire staff to make our new home just as great as the last one.
