The scope of the project included demolishing floors, cabinets, partial wall and ceiling; installation of new flooring, walls, recessed lighting, new cabinets, plumbing, and painting. Though we encountered some communication issues, in the end the project turned out great. Gercemino and his team are skilled and quality is of utmost importance to him. He is detail oriented and has great ideas to brighten and improve your project. Gercemino is well connected with other vendors in the area which helped me gain some visibility into the project timeline. He was reliable and responsive, you can count on him to finish a project.
