All I can say is they saved us thousands as they were honest! 3 other HVAC companies looked at the unit & just quoted replacement estimates. Batjer's tech actually saw what the unit was & knew it was still good buy taking his time & checking the system over.
Great service! We had water leaking from the unit in our attic, and they sent someone out very quickly. Ventura diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, and was able to resolve it quickly. He was very friendly and professional, and the total cost to fix everything was very fair. I will use Batjer for anything going forward!
The HVAC tech was very professional and my complaint is not about him at all. He was wonderful and an asset to this employer. However, company policy that charges the customer $130/hr while they run to get parts, THEN has the audacity to markup the part that I just paid $130/hr for them to get is ludicrous at best and unethical at worst.
Peter, Alan, and Slade were all wonderful. We have used other companies in the past for our AC unit, and we’ll be using Batjer from now on! They were quick, reliable, courteous, and we had the best service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
