Why is it that things always happen on a holiday weekend? I discovered that the electricity was out, but only in parts of my house. I live in a 100 yr old bungalow, I immediately got worried. I am SO GLAD I called Olympus Electric! Adam answered - no automated system - and asked a couple of questions to assess the situation. He suggested resetting all the breakers even though they appeared to be on. I was a little nervous about doing that - again, centenarian house - but he reassured me that it's the first thing he would do & there's no reason to think it would cause any problem. Worked like a charm! I get to enjoy the rest of my long weekend now. Olympus will be my only call when I need an electrician from now on & I will absolutely recommend them to family & friends. My daughter stuck a fork in the toaster and half the house went dark including the AC. I tried resetting the breakers and that did not work. I used chat gpt to tell me the best solutions. It had me check the electric meter to make sure the meter worked, which it did. Then it gave me the number for Olympus Electric and Air because they are open 24/7. I called at 10 pm and Adam the owner came right over. He checked the outlets and breakers and was able to fix the AC all within 5 minutes. I do have a switch on the breaker that needs fixed and the electrician will be here in the morning. Adam is the HVAC guy! When I called him, I told him that I do not have money at the moment and he told me not to worry about that now and he just wanted to make sure everything was safe. Im grateful for Adam showing up so late and coming over even when I said I do not have money at the moment. I can say that this is beyond great customer service and moves into the realm of actually caring. Thank you Adam for showing up as you did. And from here forward I know I will not be forgetting Olympus Electric and Air. And you are now my go to for AC and electrical issues. From the bottom of my heart...Thank you for your service.
I’ve now used Olympus Electric & Air twice, and both experiences have been outstanding! Most recently, they installed a chandelier and split two light fixtures onto separate switches. In my previous home, they installed a new light fixture and multiple electrical outlets.Each time, their team has been professional, friendly, and highly skilled. The quality of their work is top-notch, and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. These guys are truly first class—amazing people providing amazing service!
