We just bought a new home 13 months ago and the evaporator coil (a Carrier product) was leaking. Needless to say, we were shocked this was happening so soon. The young fellow who did the repair was knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem. He was able to explain to us how the system works (or in this case not work). We appreciated that Staton's office worked with us on making the correction. They were empathetic in the face of a bad product. While it was still costly, their kind approach was much appreciated. We've recommended them to another individual having similar product issues.

I’m an informed buyer that does their research, probably not seen as the best customer…. That said I was able to negotiate a fair price.
