We have used Superior for year now and they never let us down! We have an annual plan where they check our units twice a year for any issues, change our filters and tune up any problems. 100% amazing customer service from the phone calls to make appointments to the tech who comes to the house. Christian was our tech today and he kept me updated on when he would arrive. He was very polite and professional. When finished he cleaned up, and made sure everything was left as he found it. Great job!!!
Process of renewing my contract couldn’t have been easier. Fast forward to the first service of 2026, and Mike showed up early, called beforehand, and talked me through everything. Superior does build relationships, as Mike had previously serviced this house prior to my family owning the house. His knowledge translates into caring and we appreciate it. 100% recommend.
We’ve had to call Superior Indoor Comfort twice for our new build home. Once because the AC was blowing too hard in the summer and again when our baby’s bedroom was running about 10 degrees hotter this winter. Both times they were friendly, professional, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!
