Chris Ormsby was the repair tech on weekend duty... and an absolute lifesaver. From our initial phone conversation onward Chris was courteous, friendly, and professional. Upon his arrival It was immediately clear that he is highly knowledgeable; he analyzed and diagnosed the issues with impressive speed. He took the time to explain exactly what went wrong and how he was fixing it, which we truly appreciated. He did a fantastic job getting our heat back up and running. Highly recommend!!!!! Jetstream Mechanical was absolutely wonderful to work with. My 80-year-old dad had no heat today and they sent a technician out first thing the next morning. He was polite, attentive, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He had my dad’s furnace up and running quickly. I truly cannot thank them enough.
Josh Jake and Chase showed up on time and were diligent throughout the day. They answered all questions and worked with me on a couple of solutions my particular installation required. Friendly and efficient, they filled me with confidence the job would be done correctly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing furnace replacement. The price was reasonable and the work was extraordinary.
Today I had furnace maintenance scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised to get two notifications that the technician Emilio was on his way. I really appreciate the communication.Emilio was knowledgeable and so pleasant! He started his work in the furnace which he completed quickly, gave me information on filters, batteries for my thermostat and patiently waited while I located my DTE account number. The Jetstream scheduler, who was also helpful and nice, let me know that DTE has a program that would cover the cost of the maintenance except for any necessary extras (in my case, a filter.)I can’t say enough about Emilio. I was very impressed with him and Jetstream Mechanical as well.
I have used Jetstream for many years now and am always very satisfied with their expertise, their staff that come do the work and their follow up. Joseph came to our new home for a furnace check safety check, wifi thermostat install and was fantastic to talk with work with and to gather information on our next steps. He, Steve and the entire team are fantastic service oriented people. Highly recommend them.
