Our family has worked with this company for more than a decade, over two houses and plenty of projects. They always do solid work, strive to help determine the most cost-effective solution, and help with making referrals to other respected tradespeople. One of the things we appreciate the most is how they troubleshoot before coming out, which has saved us more than one service call. Outstanding pros.
These guys are the best. My system failed right as a heat waive hit Michigan. They came out fast, and when it was determined that it was beyond repair, they had a new furnace and central air installed fast, and the price was incredible! I cant recommend them enough!!!!
Craig from Robertson Morrison came to investigate a problem with the condenser pump. Solved that quickly but he pointed out a problem with rust on the vent pipe for hot water heater. I told him, sure, investigate that. Turns out the vent cap on the stack had blown off at some point and a squirrel (RIP) (and rain=rust) had gotten in and was blocking the pipe. So it wasn't being properly vented which is a very serious problem. I am so grateful for his attention to detail. And for correcting the problem. Outstanding service. Quite literally above and beyond the original problem I called them for. R-Morrison installed this furnace in 2011 and a prior furnace before that long ago. They will always have my business. Greg has been doing annual maintenance on the AC and the furnace, both of these gentlemen took time to educate and inform. RobertsonMorrison - Keep hiring great employees like Craig (and Greg!)
The entire crew at Robertson Morrison was terrific! Karen in the office was knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and cared about our needs. The serviceman (Shawn? Greg?) was also skilled and excellent at communicating information about our system, and he discovered a boiler leak that left alone could have been a disaster! The estimator was prompt, and scheduled us quickly for a new boiler.The entire crew who installed the new boiler was timely, polite, and most importantly very talented at their job. The installation is beautifully done, just what our 100 year old home deserves. We are grateful to have found this company and will use them at all our family's homes and businesses.
