Ist class. Professional knowledgable and punctual Always arrived when they promised. Fixed parts when possible instead of whole new furnace. Very impressed

This was the first time I used Aurora Heating and Cooling and it will not be my last because of how exceptional the experience and service was. Morteza came to fix my Furnace and was punctual, professional, clean, trustworthy and he took the time to explain what the problem was and how he was going to fix it! He stayed to ensure the heat was running properly and reassured me that if I experienced any further problems that he would come back - that is quality service, making the customer feel comfortable, providing piece of mind that the heat would work for my family, and taking accountability and ownership of his work

Thanks so much Morteza, you did a great job diagnosing a messy issue with our furnace, helped us with interim solution on heating until parts were available and did all of the work promptly and with quality and care. Highly recommend for your heating and cooling needs
