Our experience has been absolutely terrible, Behzad came to our property along with a coworker around 8PM and was installing the AC until past 1AM. Our point of contact Tony was the one who worked alongside Behzad and his colleague to install the AC. Now we have been trying to contact Tony for over two months as the AC stopped working and there has been no response despite the AC being under warranty. Behzad has advised he no longer knows Tony.

I just want to write a review and let you know how pleased we are with your service. Behzad arrived at our home on time and we explained to him what was going on with our air conditioner. He ran a couple of test and then told us what he believed the issue was. He resolved the issue quickly and the cost was reasonable. We will definitely be calling again if we have any issues with our air conditioner or furnace.

Previously he did a maintenance on my furnace which was broken and saved me from replacing the whole unit.
