I have been using Rodney's service since he took over RD Smith operations. He fixed a recurring problem that 2 other technicians left unresolved. He was very prompt, competitively priced, and most importantly HONEST.On a recent Saturday, my tenant complained about AC issue and he wanted it fixed fast. I asked him to try Rodney first. Rodney arrived the next morning and replaced a dual capacitor. He also checked the refrigerant level that is still good.I know something about HVAC and had fixed my home unit. Capacitor is a common problem. I have had dishonest tech who told me for necessary fix, more expensive of course, like control board and motor. A common scam is refilling refrigerant. Rodney just fix what is necessary.I highly recommend calling him.
