Black Bear Heating & Cooling LLC

I wanted to get a furnace tune-up before Winter arrived, so I started calling around several weeks ago to find someone. Most places I called wanted to get me into some annual plan or would've charged half that plan's cost for a single tune-up. Not Black Bear Heating and Cooling! They were very straight-forward with me and offered to come out at what I think is a fair price. On the day, they were punctual, courteous, and informative, explaining some basic preventive measures on my part can keep my furnace in top shape. They were also able to point out a few things needing repair and give me a quote to fix them without applying any pressure or false sense of urgency to convince me to "buy now". As a first-time owner of a furnace, I greatly appreciated that. I heartily recommend you give them a call if you need any service on your system. I'll certainly call them again.

Black Bear Heating and Cooling recently cleaned my ducts and serviced my heat pump condenser unit, and I was very happy with their work. This father and son team did a very professional and thorough job. They took care to clean up completely after themselves and treated my home with respect. I would definitely recommend Black Bear Heating and Cooling to anyone needing duct cleaning or HVAC service.

10/10 would recommend Black Bearfor any HVAC work. When you call them, you're going to work directly with Chris and his dad, and not some big company or a randomly dispatched technician. They come out, give honest diagnosis, good recommendations, and fair prices!

They called me back within a few hours of when I left him a message. They came out within a few days, took a look at my situation, and that evening sent me a quote. They offered a very fair price for their work, And used top-of-the-line appliances. The day they came out, they arrived on time and took great care of my place and cleaned it up and left it better than they found it. I would highly recommend them for any service that you need.

Jorge replaced my furnace and AC last year and did a very professional job. They communicated well, were meticulous in their work, and left the place clean. I've gone through one summer and winter and all the units they replaced have worked well. Very happy and highly recommend
