Exceptional service! Exceptional public relations! Based on the highest google reviews, I initially requested Diversified to service and maintain my townhome heating and air conditioning. They came within just a few days after my first call and replaced the filters and checked out the system. Later I called Cierra, their phone representative, about another issue with our gas fireplace. She was phenomenal and was able to schedule a visit the next day. They are an excellent business to work with!

Jess was so knowledgeable and helpful with suggested placement of the units. We were very impressed with her understanding of the process and how it would be best accomplished in our home. The entire crew was outstanding. They were all friendly and respectful. They were like busy bees quietly and professionally going about their job. They finished hours earlier than expected and cleaned up after themselves nicely. We could not be happier with the process from beginning to completion. This company really has their act together.
